Jonathan Rock
Jonathan Rock brings over 35 years of experience in support organizations across both SaaS and perpetual software industries. Jon began his career in customer service at Dow Jones & Co. Inc. (Dow Jones News/Retrieval) before transitioning into the technology sector, where he built support teams, tools, and processes from the ground up for two Boston-based tech companies.
Jon has led global support operations spanning North America, India, Europe, and New Zealand. In senior leadership roles as Director and Senior Director, he drove strategic business growth initiatives, including developing AI strategy, advancing learning and development programs, and partnering cross-functionally with customer success and professional services teams to reduce customer churn.
He has also played a key role in seven acquisitions, overseeing the seamless integration of people, tools, and processes into parent organizations support desk & call center operations.
